One of the key challenges in the labour market is to ensure the smooth and purposeful transition of young specialists from the educational environment to a professional career. Internships in the real sector of the economy can be an effective tool for getting young people involved in the country’s economy, developing applied skills, and establishing sustainable career tracks. However, there is still a gap between employers’ expectations and graduates’ skills, as well as a lack of structured internship programmes that take into account the real needs of industries. • A team of young specialists
The participants will have to answer questions on the themes of the Youth Day tracks at RLSW-2025 (Russian Labour Safety Week - 2025) that do not have a single correct answer, while also guessing the answer most popular within the professional community. This unique format will create a platform for open dialogue between different generations of specialists. The results of the game will help to understand who has a better sense of the labor market situation and will demonstrate that practical experience and a talented human resource pool are the keys to the successful development of the country and the preservation of its human potential.
