Reasons behind processing personal data – preparation for and holding of the Russian labour safety week, including:

— To ensure compliance with Russian law;

— To provide information about the procedure for participating in the Russian labour safety week as an exhibitor.

The personal data consented to being processed is as follows:

— Full name;

— Information regarding place of work/study;

— Email;

—Telephone number.

Full name and address of organization/person responsible for processing personal data (should the operator authorize a third party to perform the role)

Consent is given to perform the following list of actions with the personal data (plus general description of the methods used by the operator to process the personal data):

The aforementioned personal data will be processed in an automated and non-automated (combined) manner.

Actions performed with personal data include collecting, recording, collating, amassing, storing, adjusting (updating and/or changing), extracting, using, transferring (providing and/or granting access to), blocking, deleting, and erasing data.

I hereby consent to the operator transferring/providing my data to the following legal entities: RC Avangard LLC, Interregional Contact Center LLC, Event Management Group / IT LLC,

thereby enabling employees of RC Avangard LLC, Interregional Contact Center LLC, Event Management Group / IT LLC to process my personal data.

Validity period for consent to processing personal data and method of withdrawal (unless otherwise specified by federal law):

This consent to processing personal data is valid from the moment it is submitted to the operator until the reasons behind processing the data have been fulfilled. This consent may be withdrawn by the subject at any time by submitting an application to the operator in simple written form.

The subject’s personal data is subject to storage for any periods outlined by Russian law. Personal data is destroyed in the following circumstances: upon fulfilment of the reasons behind processing the personal data; upon liquidation or reorganization of the operator, or upon written request made by the subject of the personal data. In the latter instance, the operator will cease processing the personal data within 3 (three) working days, upon which the subject will be sent written notification within 10 (ten) working days.

I confirm that I am familiar with the provisions set out in Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 on “Personal Data”. All rights and obligations in relation to protecting personal data have been explained to me.

I confirm that I am familiar with the Policy of processing and protection of personal data during their processing in the information system of the Russian labour safety week.

It has been explained to me that from the moment the Foundation receives a written notification of withdrawal of this consent, I may be denied the right to inform about the procedure for participation in the Russian labour safety week as an exhibitor.
