Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 126-FZ dated 7 July 2003 ‘On Communications’, Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13 March 2006 ‘On Advertising’, and Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 ‘On Personal Data’, hereby voluntarily, of my own free will, and in my own interests, provide the Roscongress Foundation (OGRN 1077799005426, INN 7706412930), registered at the address: 12, Krasnopresnenskaya Naberezhnaya, entrance 7, office 1101, Moscow, 123610 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Operator’), for the purpose of considering the application for participation and receipt of information regarding participation in exhibition as an exhibitor consent to processing involving collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of my personal data, including surname, first name; telephone number; email address; information about the organization.

To achieve the above-mentioned goal, I hereby consent to the transmission (provision, access) of my personal data to third parties. The list of third parties, as well as the purposes of processing and the list of personal data transmitted for such purposes, are provided in the Appendix to this Agreement at the following link: https://roscongress.org/en/. Personal data shall be transferred in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Russian Federation, and the third parties shall ensure the confidentiality of the information received and the performance of any legal, organizational, or technical measures needed to meet the requirements of federal laws concerning the protection of personal data.

If my personal data changes, I shall notify the Operator in writing and provide copies of supporting documents.

Personal data may be processed both with or without the use of automated tools, including information and telecommunications networks.

This consent to receive mailings and the processing of personal data shall be valid from the time it is submitted to the Operator until the purpose of processing the data is achieved or until the date it is revoked, but not more than 5 years.

This consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a request in person or by sending a written request (including in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature) electronically to info@roscongress.org or in writing to the following address: Premises 1101, Entrance 7, 12 Krasnopresnenskaya Emb., Moscow, 123610, Russia. In the event of the withdrawal of this Consent, the Operator is entitled to process my personal data in the cases and in the manner prescribed by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
