How can I attend the Russian Labour Safety Week?

Submit an application to participate

You already have a Roscongress personal account

If you have a Roscongress personal account, you can apply to participate in the Russian Labour Safety Week 2024 in the ‘Upcoming’ section of your personal account. The details from your account profile will be added to your application automatically.

If you have forgotten your login and password, you can use the login and password recovery function on the Roscongress personal account login page or contact us by email: weboffice@roscongress.org.

Sign up for a Roscongress personal account on the official roscongress.org website.

You can register for a Roscongress personal account in five simple steps. Step one is to fill in your personal details. You will then be prompted to provide your passport details, information about your organization, and your contact details. The fifth and final step is to select the event.

Once you have completed the registration process, an email will be sent to the address you have provided containing your login and password for your Roscongress personal account.

If you did not select an event (step 5) when registering for your Roscongress personal account, you need to log in and fill in the application form for participation in the Russian Labour Safety Week 2024 in the ‘Upcoming’ section.
Receive an invitation to the Week
Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.

If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Week and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days. To participate in the Week, you must have a written invitation issued by the Organizing Committee.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject an application without justification.
Confirming your attendance
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – Russian Labour Safety Week – Event dashboard’ section of your account.
How the participant can be substituted?

A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee.

If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the event for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist.

How do I decline to participate in the Forum?

If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the event, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation:

Pay the participation fee

To pay for participation in the Russian Labour Safety Week, participants must sign an agreement or an invoice agreement, which serves as a confirmation and guarantee of participation.

How do I pay the participation fee?
Pick up your badge
An accreditation badge is required to enter the Russian Labour Safety Week venue.

To collect your badge, you must:
1. Confirm participation in the Week
2. Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport
3. Upload a required photo for your badge
  
  Photo requirements:
  - Colour photo against a light background
  - Photo size – 480 × 640 pixels
  - Photo format – JPG or JPEG
  - Full-face photo with no headgear
  - Your face must take up at least 70% of the photo
