Participant packages and cost of participation

- Attendance at the Russian Labour Safety Week plenary session is not included in participant packages and is by invitation only.

Please note:
Exhibition Visitor package does not include attendance to the business programme or to the catering areas.
* Prices are indicated per person. There are no discounts available for the event. To pay for participation in the Week, participants must sign an agreement or create an invoice agreement, which acts as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.
Application form
Registering for a Roscongress personal account
If you wish to submit an application to attend the Russian Labour Safety Week 2023, please sign up for a Roscongress personal account on the official roscongress.org website.
Once you have completed the registration process, an email will be sent to the address you have provided containing your login and password for your Roscongress personal account.
You already have your Roscongress personal account, if you received an invitation or your application to attend a Roscongress Foundation event in 2020, 2021 or 2022 (St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, Eastern Economic Forum, Russian Energy Week) was approved by the relevant Organizing Committee.

I’ve forgotten my password
If you have a Roscongress personal account, you can apply to participate in the Russian Labour Safety Week 2023 in the ‘Upcoming’ section of your personal account. The details from your account profile will be added to your application automatically.
If you have forgotten your login and password, you can use the login and password recovery service on the Roscongress personal account login page or contact us by email: weboffice@roscongress.org.

Application review process
The status of your participation application for the Russian Labour Safety Week will be shown in the ‘My events’ section of your account. Applications for participation will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.
If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Week and the status of your participation application will be updated in your account in real time. The length of the review period varies by participant. The application review will take at least ten days.
Participation in the Russian Labour Safety Week is by invitation from the Organizing Committee only. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse requests without explanation.
After receiving your invitation, please confirm your participation in the Week in the ‘My events – Event dashboard’ section of your account. If you decide not to attend the event, please inform the organizers of your decision through your personal account.
Declining participation
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Week, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Week.
Substituting a participant
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Week Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the event for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the event.
