A PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL EXAMINATION THAT ALLOWS YOU TO PREVENT OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES, INJURIES AND ACCIDENTS AT WORK. RCPM has a license to conduct preliminary and periodic medical examinations, occupational pathology, aptitude examination, clinical and laboratory diagnostics (in-house laboratory), radiology (5 mobile digital fluorographs). We own 3 medical centers, our staff consists of 76 employees (including 1 dmn and 12 kmn). 3 medical and nursing teams of 12 employees are able to examine up to 350 people per day, and work from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. What is the advantage of an on-site medical examination from the RCPM? As you have often done before:

• a fluorograph that is broken or late for inspection; • doctors who do not always have a neat appearance, arriving for an examination with a pile of bags and boxes;

• suddenly running out of test tubes;

• the doctor's appointment (if it is a doctor at all) is limited to writing "healthy" on a single piece of paper;

• doctors are "generalists", that is, one for four;

• in the statement from the outpatient card, instead of numerical values, it says "norm", and everyone is healthy!

What we offer! Doctors come to you by themselves! The employee undergoes the entire examination during working hours and continues to work. And the inspection passed and fulfilled the norm! Our service consists of three stages:

stage 1, preparatory, the customer submits the lists of the contingent to Rospotrebnadzor on notification, approves the calendar plan. The RCPM does the rest! (we show the outpatient card and explain)

Stage 2, medical examination. The standard shift is 5 hours, we examine 50-60 people. We start at 8:30, 10-15 people per hour or 25 people come to the beginning of the inspection, the rest at 11:00. 

Stage 3, the final one. After 10-15 days, you will receive the results of the FLG, an extract from the outpatient card, individual conclusions drawn up by the LMC, the final Act (we show and explain)

• When examining teams of over 300 people, we perform all clinical blood and urine tests on site using a mobile laboratory. No one has that either! We detect deviations from the norm in 12.3% of the surveyed

As it was before, remember: after medical examinations, the test tubes were delivered to the laboratory, so often more than a day passed from the moment of blood collection! With changes in the analyses (if they were done at all) The MC sent directions to labor protection, the engineer looked for employees to distribute directions, and then ran after them and collected the results to send to the MC How much time, effort and nerves it took!

How does it work with us? 

We do the analysis in the presence of your employee, who is sure that the test tube will not be confused, will not be lost, and he will not torment the software engineer every other day with the question: "How is my analysis? It's been 3 days!" Is the situation familiar to you?

We paste the result into the card, we do the same with the urine test, then the employee goes to see a therapist, of which we have two. In case of changes, we immediately take action. As a result, the employee is satisfied, and the software engineer is spared unnecessary questions! For special customers, we issue a certificate of professional suitability and an extract with all the tests on the day of the PMO!
