Youth and occupational health and safety: creative and inventive solutions. Unconventional thinking - a necessity for today's digital society

Attracting young people to industry, energy, manufacturing and agriculture is the most important task facing the State and business. There is an enormous effort to train engineers and young professionals in Russia, but health and safety education in many enterprises is not up to date in terms of the perception of young professionals.
Mortality and accident statistics clearly show that young people working in manufacturing, metallurgy, mines and extractive industries are at risk. The prestige of working and engineering professions is on the decline, work safety remains at risk, and many people prefer office or service jobs to industrial jobs.
New technologies in occupational health and safety are an important segment of modern industrial policy, from shaping the right presentation content, describing complex things in simple formats (gamification, virtual reality) to the inventive solutions of young engineers.
