Attendance at the Russian Labour Safety Week plenary session is not included in participant packages and is by invitation only.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WEEK?

1. SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

   If you wish to submit an application to attend Russian Labour Safety Week, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

2. RECEIVE AN INVITATION

   Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Week and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

   The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days. The Organizing Committee reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.

3. CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE

   Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – Russian Labour Safety Week – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

   HOW DO I DECLINE TO PARTICIPATE?

   If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Week, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Week.

   HOW THE PARTICIPANT CAN BE SUBSTITUTED?

   A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Week for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Week.

   PARTICIPATION IN THE WEEK AS A MODERATOR OR SPEAKER

   Should you wish to participate in the Russian Labour Safety Week as a moderator or speaker, please email your request to the Organizing Committee. For more information, please contact the Week information centre: +7 (499) 700 0607.

4. PAY THE PARTICIPATION FEE

   To pay for participation in the Week, participants must sign agreement or invoice agreement, which serves as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. The payment date shall be considered the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.

5. PICK UP YOUR BADGE

   An accreditation badge is required to enter the Week venue.  To collect your badge, you must in the Roscongress personal account:

   1. Confirm participation in the Week

   2. Enter your personal information

   3. Upload a required photo for your badge

      Tab ‘My events – Russian Labour Safety Week – Event dashboard – Personal information – Photo – Edit data’.

   4. Pay the participation fee
