Rusel state holding

Rusel state holding is the largest manufacturer of radio electronic components and technologies in Russia and is part of the radio electronic cluster of Rostec State Corporation. United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation (UIMC) is the head structure of the holding. Rusel develops and produces communication systems, automated control systems, robotics, microwave electronics, computers and telecom equipment. Rusel unites over 120 enterprises and scientific organizations.

Rosseti PJSC

Rosseti Group is one of the world's largest power grid holdings and a supplier of electricity to consumers in 82 regions of Russia. Rosseti operates 2.6 m. km of power transmission lines and electrical substations with a total capacity of 900 GVA. The grids of Rosseti Group transmit over 80% of all electrical power generated in the country.

The Group has 39 subsidiaries, including 17 distribution network companies. Rosseti headcount is about 235,000 people.

The controlling shareholder of the parent company, Rosseti PJSC, is the Government represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
