Rates of Transport Services
Prices are inclusive of all taxes and charges. The transfer fee includes paid parking at the airport, railway stations or in the city and meeting at the arrival point.
If necessary, you will be provided with documents for your trip report (please inform the manager of the transport department if you need these documents).

Rates of transport hire for the entire duration of the event
The rental price includes hiring the car for 26–28 September 2023 (3 days).
The maximum number of rental hours per day is 15 hours.
Unused hours on any given day of rental are not transferred to the next day. Additional hours of car use are paid separately. The price of an extra hour of rental is listed in the table.
