The Week’s agenda is becoming more and more ambitious every year, and its international component is growing from year to year. About ten thousand participants are expected at the 10th Forum, the number of foreign guests, production, consulting companies and participants of the exhibition of manufacturers of personal protective equipment is expected to increase. It is also proposed to supplement the event programme with events in international formats with friendly countries, including BRICS countries. The main strategic theme of the Week 2025 business programme will be ‘Saving People as a Guarantee of Sustainable Development’.

“In 2025, the Russian Labour Safety Week celebrates its anniversary – 10 years since the first event was held. During this time, the Forum has become an integral part of the HR agenda and has taken its well-deserved place among the country’s key business events. One of the most important goals of the national development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030 and in the perspective until 2036 is to preserve the population, meet the needs of the labour market, as well as to fulfil the potential of each person and develop their talents. With this in mind, the theme of the Week will be ‘Saving People as a Guarantee of Sustainable Development’. The programme of the event expands every year, and new interesting tracks appear. As part of the Week, work will continue on the international track, including the BRICS Labour Safety Network,” noted Anton Kotyakov, Russian Minister of Labour and Social Protection.

Also, on the margins the Week will traditionally host a meeting of the Advisory Council on Labour, Employment and Social Protection of member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
